Our family has been in Concord since the 1800s and I fully understand why they settled and remained here. We live in a beautiful state with lots of trees, great weather and a short drive to the ocean or the mountains. Being 20 minutes to Charlotte and having a great road system enables us to enjoy all the benefits and culture of the Big City yet allows us to return home to the quaintness and quality of a small town. And though we may be small, we have lots of amenities  and progressive governance. Deciding to live my life here was an easy decision and choosing to be in the real estate business 40 years ago was one of the best decisions ever made. I've loved Concord and never once given thought to being anywhere else. Growing up here there were a lot of people who lived here but worked out of town. They could live anywhere and this was their choice.  Cabarrus County has grown a lot since my boyhood days with 4 digit telephone numbers and the Mayberry like town before Malls. But Cabarrus County remains a sought after destination and appreciated by natives and newcomers. I love meeting, enjoying and sharing our area with anyone looking to live in the Charlotte area and hope to have the opportunity to meet you and be of assistance as you explore this wonderful area.
